IVERMECTIN WILL NOT BE PRESCRIBED IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- PREGNANCY
- UNCONTROLLED ASTHMA
- LIVER DISEASE
- PATIENTS UNDER 33 LBS
- USE OF MEDICATIONS: WARFARIN/COUMADIN, TACROLIMUS/SIROLIMUS OR CYCLOSPORINE.
- NON-ARIZONA RESIDENTS
- INABILITY TO HOLD DOWN FOOD/FLUID, PROFOUND WEAKNESS, CHEST PAIN, POOR COGNITION.
- IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY BREATHING, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, CHEST PAIN OR AN OXYGEN SATURATION OF <92% WHILE AT REST, SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM.

- CV-19 SICK PATIENTS ARE SEEN M-F, WITH WEEKEND VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. IVERMECTIN WILL BE CALLED INTO A COMPOUNDING PHARMACY. MOST COMPOUNDING PHARMACIES ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS, AND IVERMECTIN MAY NOT BE FILLED OVER THE WEEKEND.
- COST FOR IVERMECTIN IS USUALLY $60-$150 DEPENDING ON DOSE/PHARMACY.
- ** PLEASE USE CURBSIDE PICK UP, DELIVERY OR ASK FAMILY/FRIEND TO PICK UP YOUR IVERMECTIN SO YOU DON'T EXPOSE PHARMACY STAFF. **
- IF OTHER PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS ARE NECESSARY, THEY WILL BE CALLED IN TO YOUR LOCAL PHARMACY AND RUN THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE.
- ADJUNCT OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC) VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS WILL ALSO BE RECOMMENDED AT THE VISIT.
- YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO PURCHASE A PULSE OXIMETER AT YOUR LOCAL PHARMACY IN ORDER TO MONITOR YOUR OXYGENATION WHILE YOU RECOVER.
